1. What kind of documents can be converted by DIGITOMI?

Whether it's a product catalogue, a magazine, a presentation brochure, a sales manual, a book....all paper documents can be published using DIGITOMI solutions.

The PDF format is the most widely used format but we can also manage files in other formats. Talk to us about any special requests.

2. Can the documents combine text and images?

Yes, and a lot of other options too: video, advertising banners, … the possibilities are endless and can all be customised

3. Is it possible to search the text of interactive documents?

Our solutions include key word search engines. Also access to archives of published documents.

4. How does the zoom work?

DIGITOMI enables you to zoom in on all the document pages, without distinction, by clicking directly on the page. It's an ultra fast zoom, with a very high level resolution.

5. Is there a maximum number of pages?

No, there is no limit. Each page being already loaded into our servers, the reader consults your interactive document without ever having to wait no matter how many pages there are.

6. Can internal or external links be inserted into DIGITOMI solutions?

Yes, all types of link are possible: internal links (from one page to another), external links (to pages from another internet site, an e-commerce site, a partner, a sponsor...).

7. Can the document be used by all browsers?

Yes, no matter what kind of computer is connected to the internet, whether it is a Mac or a PC.

8. Security question?

If your DIGITOMI solution relates to a publication with limited access we provide secure access which limits reading to authorised persons (subscribers, buyers of a unit number etc.).

9. How many DIGITOMI solutions are there?

We offer 3 packaged solutions, depending on your needs Our products include basic services; any special requests (video inserts, links to an e-commerce platform, advertising banners) will be looked at closely in order to offer you the most appropriate price.

The price is dependent on the number of pages and the solution selected.

10. Where are DIGITOMI's solutions created?

DIGITOMI's solutions are completely created by our teams in France. This also enables us to offer you support and a technical guide in your language.

11. Where is the DIGITOMI solution housed?

It is housed in our own servers within separate databases which guarantee you continuous service.

12. Can you easily and quickly change the contents of publications?

Yes, DIGITOMI is both a powerful and versatile solution produced in the spirit of long-term technological change.

We immediately modify documents if errors are noticed, so that nothing is disadvantaged.

13. Are there differences between the paper edition and the DIGITOMI edition?

Visually, there is no difference between your paper edition and your DIGITOMI solution: you retain the attractiveness of your medium. But on the other hand you will benefit from the increased enjoyment and interactive advantages of on-line reading.

14. Can DIGITOMI solutions be looked at anywhere else apart from on the internet?

Yes, with our 'CDlogue' (CD/DVD/USB) you can look at your interactive documents anywhere, something which is particularly attractive for sales teams working out of the office.
